Roshed Industries Nigeria Limited are makers of different grades of Adhesives, PVA, Acrylic, Alkydresin, Plastics products and other paints raw materials coupled with the production of Roshed Premium table water (Bottles and Sachets)
RINL was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company with the corporate Affairs Commission with RC NO.1022680 in April 2012.
The Authorized, issued and fully paid-up capital of the company is 1,000,000 ordinary shares of N1.00 each.
The company is physically located at Amuzukwu, Umuokoo Village, Umuahia, Abia State.
